Deepika Padukone, who is busy promoting her Hollywood debut XXX: Return of Xander Cage in the US, recently confessed that she loved Damien Chazelle’s musical, La La Land, which picked up six Golden Globe Awards recently.

Padukone couldn’t stop praising the film and was quoted saying, “There’s so much of that movie that works, the acting, the honesty and the songs. It’s one of those classic love stories that is told in such an interesting manner visually.”

Ryan Gosling, who bagged several accolades for his turn in the film, is her favourite, she added. “Ryan is absolutely brilliant and he’s definitely someone I want to work with,” she signed off.
