DANGAL (Hindi) continued with its exceptional run at the box office with excellent collections on its fifth Friday which was the third highest of all time after 3 IDIOTS (1.75 crore) and GADAR EK PREM KATHA (1.25 crore). The fifth Friday collections are far better than the figures of PK and BAJRANGI BHAIJAAN which are the biggest hits of recent times. The film has hardly dropped from Thursday which is the first time that has happened since it released. Normally Friday saw a 15-20% drop from Thursday. It has helped that the holdover films had falling collections and the new releases are poor. It did look like the fifth week would not be among the biggest but now it could be among top five or top three fifth weeks which is phenomenal. The business of DANGAL (Hindi) till date is as follows.
