Actors Arjun Rampal and Jackie Shroff are most likely to join the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). According to sources, the two will be in Delhi soon to meet the party's general secretary, Kailash Vijayvargiya. When asked about the development, Arjun told the media on Tuesday, “I am a strong believer... jo Modiji kar rahe hain woh accha hai and yes, I support them. There's nothing official though. I am not a politician. I am not here for politics. I am here to look at the benefit of my country. I think this government is doing good things and so, I've come here to see what it is that I can do as a citizen of India.“

About being the party's star campaigner, he added, “Agar mujhe laga ki the person who I am campaigning for is worth it, may be....“
