She's an actress who has
little regret about her choices, whether it's her movies, her style or
just being herself. We guess, that's why she's aptly called a
game-changer in the film industry. During a chat with BT, we probed the
actress to tell us about one film that she refused and regretted about
it later. She quickly shot back,“I have never regretted the choices I
have made.“
Then she thought for a bit, laughed, and added, “Lootera came to me in 2007 and that time the film didn't take off. John (Abraham) and I were supposed to do it. Then, Vikramaditya (Motwane) went on to make Udaan, we all went on to other films. Later, I heard that Ranveer Singh and Sonakshi Sinha are doing it. I watched the film and loved Sonakshi in it. But there was one beautiful song called Monta Re (it also had some Bengali lyrics), and you know my affection towards anything Bengali. So I felt that if I had done the movie, this song would have been filmed on me. I only wish that I had that one song.“
