Ghostbusters director, Paul Feig, and wife Laurie took to Twitter to wish the “amazing” SRK. “Happy Birthday to our friend, the amazing Shah Rukh Khan! May your day be filled with laughter, music and cake. Lots of cake. Oh, and fries too,” Paul wrote, and Laurie added, “Good morning India, it is Shah Rukh Khan’s birthday! Hoping your day is as sunny and glorious as his. Wishing him health, happiness always. Thrills, king.”

The Hollywood director has admitted to wanting to make a film with the Indian actor. His better half is a “Bollywood fanatic” and a big fan of the Badshah. In May, when he hosted a star-studded dinner for Apple CEO Tim Cook, Laurie had tweeted: “Some day I hope Paul Feig can be welcomed at Mannat! Dream, Shah Rukh Khan.”

A gracious Shah Rukh had immedautely invited the couple over for a meal to which the Spy had responded, saying, “You’re on, Shah Rukh Khan! I’ll bring the ketchup…”
