BANJO fell further on Monday and has collected a little over 7 crore nett in five days and is looking at a lifetime figure of 9-10 crore nett. The lifetime figure of BANGISTAN was 5.33 crore nett which has been crossed by BANJO. TERE NAAL LOVE HO GAYA grossed 19.50 crore nett in 2012 and BANJO will stay well below that film. The film will gross around 4.5 crore nett in Maharashtra if we include the also in clude the Maharashtra centres outside the Mumbai circuit like Nagpur, Aurangabad, Latur etc. The first five day business of BANJO is as follows
Friday - 1,50,00,000
Saturday - 1,75,00,000
Sunday - 2,25,00,000
Monday - 85,00,000
Tuesday - 75,00,000
TOTAL - 7,10,00,000 apprx
As far as films released this year goes it is even lower than films like FREAKY ALI and SAALA KHADOOS.
--------------------
BANJO was a poor fare grossing 8.50 crore nett in the first week. The film is out of most theatres across the country barring a show or two in theatres of Maharashtra.
The other releases of the week like DAYS OF TAFREE and PARCHED were washouts failing to even hit the 1 crore nett mark over the week.
