Only her hubby Saif Ali Khan, mom-in-law Sharmila Tagore, sister-in-law Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Khemu knew about it. In an episode of the show, BFFs, she shared Saif’s reaction when she told him she was pregnant, “He said, ‘I love you more pregnant. I think you should just continuously be pregnant’.” She added that Saif loves the name Saifeena given to them by the media. “He finds it really funny. He says we’ll name our child Saifeena,” revealed Bebo. Makes sense no, Shahid has named his baby girl Misha from Mira-Shahid and Adira is made up of her parents name Aditya-Rani.
