Reacting to reports that
claimed that the script of his upcoming film, Munna Michael, was stolen, Tiger Shroff said he is not a thief while addressing media persons
at the trailer launch of his new film, A Flying Jatt, in Mumbai on
Monday.
Munna Michael, Tiger's third collaboration with director Sabbir Khan after Baaghi and Heropanti, was hit by controversy even before going on the floors when writer-director Kritik Kumar Pandey filed a police complaint accusing the 26-year-old actor of stealing his script, which is based on a die-hard Michael Jackson follower.
Pandey alleges in his complaint that he had shared his film's script with Tiger, a self confessed fan of the late King of Pop. “I don't know the issue. We are here (and) I don't steal. I am not a thief. I don't lie, I am not a cheat,“ Tiger said. Remo D'Souza's A Flying Jatt also features Jacqueline Fernandez and Nathan Jones, who played the antagonist in George Miller's actioner, Fury Road, and is set to hit the marquee on August 25.
