Rajeev Khandelwal, a
well-known face on television who forayed into Bollywood a few years
ago, will now play an assassin in his forthcoming film Fever. Known for
his suave demeanour, the actor will be seen serenading
model-turned-actress Gauahar Khan in the movie, which is being termed by
the makers as a thrillex, a thriller replete with sex. Former Bond girl,
Caterina Murino and Hollywood bombshell Gemma Atkinson will also feature
in the suspense drama, which is presented by Niche Film Farm and
Jaya Sapthagiri Production. The teaser releases online today.
Directed by Rajeev Jhaveri, it is perhaps the first Bollywood movie to be entirely shot in Switzerland. Filmed in more than 17 towns of the Alpine country, it has highspeed car chase sequences, several twists and turns along with melodious songs. “Fever has loads of thrill, suspense and sex and has been shot at exotic locations,“ says Jhaveri.
Fever, an ICM Entertainment production in association with Plus Entertainment Pvt Ltd, releases on July 22.
