When Hrithik Roshan took off on a short holiday with his sons Hrehaan and Hridaan, he hadn't expected his sojourn would end on a frightening note. The actor missed his connecting flight at Istanbul's Ataturk airport barely a few hours before the suicide attack, killing at least 36 people. Fortunately, he managed to get himself and his kids on another flight just in time. The actor tweeted, “Missed connecting flight at Istanbul and we were stuck at airport. The next flight was next day, but we took economy and flew out earlier. Was helped by the kindest staff at the Istanbul airport hours ago. Shocking news. Innocents killed for religion. We must stand united against terrorism“ (sic). While we couldn't reach the actor for a comment, his spokesperson informed us that he was in transit (till the time of going to press).
