Since it was not a happy experience, neither is eager to repeat it. Shooting of the new season will start in June and makers are looking for options to replace the star.

Arjun Kapoor, who was the host of a reality action show has shown the way to his contemporaries. Earlier only senior actors were being considered as hosts and judges for reality shows. But now, It seems Varun Dhawan and Ranveer Singh are top contenders for the hot seat. Both actors have a mass appeal, a youth connect and are known for their dancing skills.

Last year, the ratings of the show weren’t too encouraging and makers are looking for a revamp. Karan Johar will be retained while Jacqueline Fernandez is likely to step into Malaika Arora Khan’s shoes. Plus, two choreographers, just like in the last season.

Also, Shahid and anchor Manish Paul did not gel well together. They had had a cold war which resulted in tense moments on the sets. That’s probably what has prompted the makers to do a re-think about continuing with Shahid.
