Alia and Varun Dhawan are
set to reunite for the second instalment of Shashank Khaitan's 2014
wedding romance, Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya, tentatively titled
Badrinath Ki Dulhania.
The duo were also finalised as leads for Agneepath director Karan Malhotra's action-drama, Shhuddhi, but the film has been in the pipeline for over two years and won't be rolling anytime soon.
“Badrinath Ki Dulhania is a love story set in Uttar Pradesh. It will go on the floors in the first week of May and will be shot in a start-to-finish schedule,“ reveals a source close to the development.
