Love can happen in the most
unlikely situation and at a time when you least expect it. Actor Aman
Verma is finally giving up his bachelor status for actress and fiancée
Vandana Lalwani on April 20. Aman, who's known to be choosy about his
work on TV, was also taking his time in choosing the right partner when
it came to tying the knot. Ask the actor if he was commitment-phobic
and he denies it saying, “No, I never feared marriage. I have always
wanted to settle down with the right girl, whether it is now or ten
years ago. I have had my share of relationships in the past which did
not work out. I have been in a couple of relationships earlier but
things did not work out and the women have moved
on in their lives. I wish them all the best. At that point I was ready
for marriage, but the relationships did not go in that direction."
Aman has found his soulmate in Vandana. He says, “We come from similar backgrounds. Vandana is secure about me and gives me my space unlike the women in my past, who got insecure. The intensity I experience while choosing my roles...I felt the same intensity and clarity in my relationship with her. I felt like sharing more time with her and realised she was the one who I would like to spend the rest of my life with. Marriage is a great partnership if two individuals share love, understanding and respect.“
