NEERJA had a good second weekend where the nett collections were aided by Delhi city going tax free over the weekend. It means three of the 6/7 centres where the film is doing well are tax free, the three centres being Mumbai city, Delhi city and Pune. The second weekend business of NEERJA is as follows

Saturday - 4,75,00,000
Sunday - 6,00,00,000
TOTAL - 13,50,00,000

The film has a tax free status is UP and Gujarat as well but has not been implemented. It will not make much difference also as barring a Noida (which is basically Delhi) the film has not found appreciation in all the other centres of UP and Gujarat.
