DNA (January 12, 2016)

Hrithik Roshan’s 42nd birthday was supposed to be a rocking affair with the entire industry in attendance. According to a tabloid the guest list had names of 200 industrywallas. But it didn’t quite turn out that way. The only leading ladies who were present were Preity Zinta and Ameesha Patel, besides Sonakshi Sinha. The others like Katrina Kaif and Sonam Kapoor gave the party a miss. Hrithik may not have worked with the Kanganas and Deepikas, however, they are friends, but they were also absent. It is surprising that they skipped the bash even though they were in the city. Perhaps the B-Town folks were all partied out from Farah Khan’s birthday brunch the same afternoon which stretched well into the evening. Later that night Anushka Sharma, Sonam, etc were spotted at a pre-award bash. The only star presence at Duggu’s bash was in the form of Shah Rukh Khan and Ranveer Singh.
