Priyanka Chopra has a large family and they are all very possessive about her. While her bua is Punjabi, her mausi is Bihari. We recently learnt about a very funny incident that took place while she was shooting in Bhopal for Prakash Jha's Jai GangaaJal. Now, while both her bua and mausi are also good friends, they think they are better than each other. They are also terribly possessive about their niece Priyanka, who is the first daughter of her big family. Also, while her mausi is super proud of her 'Biharipan' and double PhD, her bua prides herself on her cooking skills and Punjabi roots. They both visit Priyanka quite often on set, wherever she is shooting, but this time, they happened to be there together. Unfortunately, there were a few days while shooting when Priyanka fell sick. Obviously, all hell broke lose. Now, director Prakash Jha being a Bihari, got on the side of the Bihari mausi and action director Sham Kaushal being a Punjabi, took the side of her bua. And what followed was a big 'Punjab versus Bihar' war. While her bua went into the kitchen of the hotel where Priyanka was staying, to make khichdi for her (after throwing out the chef ), her mausi went and plucked some neem from the trees, which worked as an air purifier for her room. Everyone enjoyed watching the attention war. Thankfully, Prakash Jha's upcoming film isn't a typical multi-starrer that he usually makes; otherwise, he would have had to give the entire hotel to PC.
