2016 will be the year when we’ll see at least one major Bollywood couple come out with their relationship. According to reliable sources, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, so smashing together in Bajirao Mastani, are all set to finally make public their mutual feelings.

Says a source, “It was due for a while. But Ranveer and Deepika had family issues. They absolutely love their parents and wouldn’t move ahead without their consent. While Ranveer’s parents were most happy with their son’s choice, it took Deepika’s parents some time to come around.”

The two families are now on the same wavelength and the couple is comfortable about coming out about their mutual feelings. Says the source, “The signs are already there. Ranveer and Deepika are no longer beating around the bush. On Comedy Nights Bachao, Ranveer was indulging in a lot of PDA, which would otherwise have not been allowed by Deepika. Yes, they are ready to take their relationship to the next level.”

No more hide and seek
Ranbir Kapoor posed with girlfriend Katrina Kaif for the first time since they began dating; and it wasn’t for a film promotion. This Christmas was very special for Katrina. Not only was she surrounded by the Kapoor khandaan, beau Ranbir also posed with her for the shutterbugs. Says an insider, “RK had promised Kat that he’d come out in the open about their relationship by doing a joint interview with her after Tamasha worked. That did not happen as the film did not get the desired box-office collections. Soon after, came Kat’s interview, in which she confessed that she didn’t know where she stands in the relationship.”

Last week, Varun Dhawan escorted girlfriend Natasha Dalal to Anil Kapoor’s b’day bash. Though they ducked the paparazzi, he had never been to a party/event with her before this. They’ve been dating for many years. It’s an open secret. So why the cat-and-mouse game?
