Officials of Income Tax Mumbai conducted survey on producer Sajid Nadiadwala's office and residence on Tuesday afternoon. The survey started at around 11 am and will reportedly go on till Wednesday.

A team of IT officials were checking some documents pertaining to IT return filed by Nadiadwala. Sources from IT claimed that Nadiadwala while claiming his Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) showed some claims which are not followed by documentations.

The survey is being carried out simultaneously at Nadidawala's Yari Road apartment and office.

According to the sources, the filmmaker was present at time of the raid and he was asked to switch off his cell phone. Details pertaining to the raid and the documents obtained from his office have not been revealed yet.

The filmmaker who owns Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, has delivered a string of hits at the box-office in the last three years, including Housefull 2, Kick, Heropanti and 2 States.

Earlier in 2010 the Income Tax's TDS wing conducted searches on several film personalities, including Nadiadwala.
