Divya Khosla Kumar, whose maiden venture Yaariyan was a hit with the youth brigade and Bollywood music lovers, is getting ready with her second directorial venture Sanam Re. It stars Pulkit Samrat, Yami Gautam and Urvashi Rautela in pivotal roles. This is the first time Pulkit and Yami share screen space together and their crackling chemistry is already a talking point.

Shot on virgin locations in Canada, Ladakh and Kalpa in Himachal Pradesh, the visuals of snow-capped mountains and green plains have deliberately been chosen to enhance the film's mood. From shooting in sub-zero temperatures with barely any electricity in Kalpa to cycling to the sets in Calgary, the cast and crew have done it all to make this musical romance come alive on screen.

Divya's own graph from the youthful Yaariyan to the mature love story of Sanam Re shows her growth as a filmmaker. Coming from the stable of T-Series, the movie's songs range from soulful to peppy and are sure to catch on in the coming weeks.
