Shaandaar grossed 2 crore nett apprx in its second week and has taken its two week business close to 39 crore nett and may add another 50-75 lakhs nett till its run finishes. The final business of the film is not much better than Shahid Kapoor's Phata Poster Nikhla Hero which grossed 38 crore nett. The top Shahid Kapoor grossers till date are as follows.
1. R... Rajkumar - 65.99 crore
2. Haider - 49.19 crore
3. Kaminey - 41.52 crore
4. Shaandaar - 39.50 crore (expected)
5. Phata Poster Nikhla Her - 38.42 crore

The only film to do well among these was R.. Rajkumar which proved a hit in a few circuits though all were small circuits so could not alter its all India fate. But the film was a super success on television after theatrical release which meant at least some acceptance compared to the other Shahid Kapoor films over the last few years.
