If there is anyone who can get Amitabh Bachchan flustered, it is Waheeda Rehman. “I am shivering,“ he confessed to the yesteryear actress when he went to meet her backstage on the sets of Aaj Ki Raat Hai Zindagi. Known to be a big fan of the actress, Bachchan is always nervous at the idea of sharing the stage with her. Sharing his experience of working with her in Reshma Aur Shera on his show, he recalled the time Waheeda was asked to walk barefeet on hot sand in a dessert. The fan in him didn't approve of that, so he carried her chappals and walked towards her.

“It was a big fanboy moment for me to hold Waheedaji's chappals,“ Bachchan continued to be the fan on the show, and told her, “Maine aapke saath kabhi selfie nahi liya.“ And the legendary fan and his idol clicked their first selfie together.
