Ranveer Singh: Video games and a pep talk
Video games take my mind off things that may be bothering me. Since I like to keep myself busy, I have completely immersed myself in the world of Peshwa Bajirao with my genius filmmaker, Sanjay Bhansali sir. The inspirational speeches I listen to by fitness trainer, Jaret Grossman, inspire me to push my limits every day. Also, pep talk from my dad saves the day!
Shraddha Kapoor: Doggy buster
My dog, Shyloh, can lighten up my mood at any given time of the day. I find listening to music, particularly songs by Coldplay like "Paradise", "Yellow" and "Trouble", reading and watching films relaxing too.
Ayushmann Khurrana: Triple treat
Music, food and a good night's sleep are the three things I cannot live without, and they're my stress busters too. I call them 'instant mood metamorphosis'!
Priyanka Chopra: Mind control
When I'm exhausted, I order my brain to pull it all together. Then, I doing what I love, which is facing the camera. A cheese burger works wonders!
Anil Kapoor: Good wife and some me-time
One way out is to not think about it at all. My workout helps me fight stress, and so do good friends, family and a good wife. Good roles and at least six hours of sleep also help. And finally, some me-time; you have to be self-centered and set aside two-three hours a day for yourself.
Amy Jackson: Mum's the word
Exercises I enjoy give me an adrenaline rush and fresh air clears my mind. I also love being around my pets. My dogs, cats and horses calm me. Then there's always mum, who I turn to whenever I want to get everything off my chest.
Bhumi Pednekar: Couch potato
A long, relaxing massage always helps relieve stress. So does a short vacation, stretching out on the couch or watching a movie I love.
Neha Dhupia: Switch off the phone
I usually de-stress by going for a run or a swim. I also love long flights since they are an excuse to turn off my stress machine, the cell phone!
Sonu Sood: Gym and tonic
I love sweating it out in the gym, working out with the speakers blaring my favourite music. I'm a family man too so being with my loved ones is also a great stress buster.
