Akshaye Khanna and Prachi Desai are likely to be a part of season 2 of Anil Kapoor’s 24. The first season had Askhaye’s brother Rahul Khanna essaying the role of an investment banker. Anil is fond of Akshaye and he had cast him in his first production Gandhi, My Father. Akshaye has been missing in action for quite some time and will be interesting to see if he makes his TV debut with this series. Prachi Desai, who graduated from TV to films, is also being roped in by Anil for the series. Sources say that talks are on between the actress and the production house. If things get finalised, this will be Prachi’s comeback to TV. She made her debut with Kasam Se before moving to films.
