CALENDAR GIRLS had a poor weekend as it grossed 4.25 crore nett. The writing was on the wall for the film on day one as it could not gross anything much despite it being a holiday. The collections were best on day one. The film has done a little better in Mumbai circuit. The budget is low for the film but the the film has done just 50% of what it should have leaving no chance of recovery.

The other release of the week BHAAG JOHNNY was a washout grossing around 70-75 lakhs nett over the weekend. The holdover of last week KATTI BATTI also crashed out with a 90% plus drop from last week. The film grossed around 1.25 crore nett taking its business to around 23 crore nett.

KATTI BATTI will stay below the 25 crore nett mark. The other release of last week MSG 2 - THE MESSENGER is a disaster although the drop in second weekend is less than KATTI BATTI, the film grossed only 4 crore nett in week one which gave it little hope of survival.

CALENDAR GIRLS was poor on Monday with low collections. The drop is also almost 60% from Friday. The first four days of the first week for CALENDAR GIRLS are as follows.

TOTAL - 4,75,00,000
 
The first week will be around 6.25 crore nett and lifetime will close at 7 crore nett max.
