Alia Bhatt is in holiday mode. After a three-day family vacation in Hyderabad with parents, Mahesh Bhatt and Soni Razdan, and sister Shaheen, the actress flew off to London. Accompanying her were Shaheen and Alia's childhood buddy Tanya Saha Gupta. The sisters extended their holiday by two weeks jetting off to Austria for a detox break.

Confirming this Alia said from Europe, "Yes, I'm at a well-known health retreat in Austria. It's great for body detox in order to cleanse the system."

Even in London, the 22-year-old actress was on a no-carbs diet and continued with yoga. In Austria too, she indulged in a healthy plate of courgettes and polenta and was focussed on her fitness regimen.

"We've been swimming and working out regularly," revealed Alia, admitting that in the future too, whenever she can get a 10-20 day sabbatical from work, she will take a holiday. "Even if it's a last minute thing it's okay with me."

She returns from her rejuvenating trip on August 7 and starts shooting the next day. "Breaks charge me up," she laughed.
