On June 21, Alia Bhatt experienced a shooting pain in her shoulder while filming in Coonoor. She was rushed to a hospital in Coimbatore where it was diagnosed that the joint between her shoulder and collarbone had shifted and she was advised two weeks' rest.

Taking advantage of the doctor's orders, Alia took off on a three-day family vacation to Hyderabad with parents, Mahesh Bhatt and Soni Razdan, and sister Shaheen. While they were chilling out at the Falaknuma Palace, the sisters decided to take off on a holiday together. "I was so excited to be reunited with my bae that my face had a stroke," Shaheen joked.

The duo left for London on Sunday for 10 days. They are staying with childhood buddy, Tanya Saha Gupta. On Tuesday, the girls were club hopping all night. But Alia's sticking to a strict no-carbs diet even when it's all play and no work. It's still boiled chicken and artichokes over cheesy fries.

Also, the 22-year-old actress has been waking up early, no matter how late she goes to bed, to go for a run through the streets of London, past the Buckingham Palace and the Tower of London. This is followed by a yoga session in The Green Park.

The fun times with family will continue even after their return with Alia resuming work only in mid-August.
