Swara Bhaskar is playing Salman Khan’s sister in Prem Ratan Dhan Payo. She confirms, “It’s basically a family drama. More on the lines of Hum Saath Saath Hain than Hum Aapke Hain Koun. It’s about sibling rivalry and I play Salman’s sister. And of course, there’s nothing bigger than Salman, but I have a really good part. I’m very excited but also very nervous.” When asked if she was apprehensive about sharing screen space with Salman, she says, “Definitely. On the first day I was like ‘Oh, Salman Khan! I’m going to say all my lines to him.’ But it’s been fun. He’s been a very helpful and cooperative actor. He’s got a very positive vibe to him, which is great. The set is never boring when he is around. After a point, I began to have a friendly equation with Salman so I would tell him ‘I’m feeling hungry, please throw a tantrum no for pack-up’ and he’ll be like ‘No, no, I don’t do that.’ He’s a very pleasant person and a role model for many as he’s very serious about his work. He’s always improvising on sets and that’s a great quality for an actor to have.”
