AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON had a very good first day grossing around 10.75 crore nett. It is the second highest opening day for a Hollywood release and bigger than all Hindi Films released this year.

The film is not that far off the opening day business of FAST & FURIOUS 7 which opened on a holiday and on more screens, the main difference being the collections in places like Gujarat, CP Berar, CI and Rajasthan. FAST & FURIOUS 7 had opened to around 12 crore nett a few weeks back.

The business will easily beat the last AVENGERS film as that had grossed 14 crore nett over the weekend and around 52 crore nett lifetime. Here the weekend alone has chances of a 35 crore nett total.
