DNA (March 13, 2015)

A couple of days back, Swara Bhaskar visited her good friend and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo co-actor Sonam Kapoor in the hospital. Sonam had taken ill on the sets of the film and was diagnosed with swine flu. She was isolated, and then flown to Mumbai and admitted in hospital. Swara had been quite concerned about Sonam’s health and once Sonam was allowed visitors Swara visited her. She took along a special gift for her. Swara gifted Sonam a copy of Enid Blyton’s delightful classic, The Magic Faraway Tree. Our source said, “Swara checked with Sunita Kapoor and realised that flowers were not allowed in Sonam’s room. She knows Sonam is a voracious reader and decided to cheer her up with her own childhood favourite. Sonam was ecstatic as she revealed that this is one of her own favourite Enid Blyton books too.”
