She has opted for a detox spa in Vietnam. "I needed to breathe and reconnect with myself," she reasons. "I highly recommend the wheat grass shot, it's a cleansing juice for everybody!"

Unlike water babies Sona and Jacky, Huma Qureshi has chosen a history lesson in Turkey. Since she doesn't get to spend much time with her family, she's taken off to Istanbul with her parents and actor-brother Saqib Saleem. She's living it up in a heritage hotel, flying high in a hot-air balloon and exploring the unique volcanic mountain caves of Cappadocia. "It's been an exceptional trip! Next on my itinerary is Ibiza in Spain," says Huma.
