Stories circulating about Ranbir Kapoor being barred from visiting his girlfriend Katrina Kaif in Kashmir where she’s shooting for Abhishek Kapoor’s Fitoor, have family members of the actor amused.

“Does Ranbir strike you as the kind of guy who would follow his girl to her work for four days? It’s a four-day shoot in the Valley. And Ranbir is busy with Bombay Velvet. They are not teenagers in love who have to spend every minute together,” says a source.

From February 18, a long schedule of Fitoor begins in Delhi. That’s when Ranbir is expected to spend some time with Katrina. And she with Ranbir’s family.

Says the source, “Katrina will be in Delhi for nearly a month from the middle of February. She will be spending a lot of time with Ranbir’s sister who lives in Delhi with her husband and daughter. Ranbir is expected to join them.”

Apparently Katrina, known to be extremely reclusive, is leaving no stone unturned to make herself comfortable with Ranbir’s family. Coming from a large family herself, she knows the importance of spending time with loved ones. And with her family in London, his family is her family.
