Kalki Koechlin and Naseeruddin Shah have been cast as the main leads in Anu Menon's (she earlier directed London Paris New York) life drama titled Waiting. The film is about two strangers, who don't know what they want to do with their lives and meet at the hospital, waiting for their loved ones in coma. The film apart from being a poignant drama, also has a lot of humour. While the pairing of Kalki and Naseer may sound completely awkward and unpredictable, with hardly anything common between them, barring their love for theatre, we have no doubt they will create magic on screen.
