Nausheen Ali Sardar will not be participating in this edition of Bigg Boss. While there have been speculations that the actress declined the offer over payment issues, she denies it. She says, “I was offered the show, but we had not reached the stage of discussing money. So, such rumours are baseless.“

She adds that it's but impossible to have payment issues with the channel, as they are known for roping in highly paid celebs. “We all know how the show features a superstar like Salman Khan. So, I don't think money is a constraint for them,“ she says.

According to Nausheen, the makers may have decided against casting her after she placed her conditions on the table. “I told them that I wouldn't share a bedvan with a man, nor sleep next to a male contestant. I also refused to cut my hair and wear revealing clothes. After that, they never approached me for a second meeting,“ she states.
