Saif Ali Khan and his wife Kareena Kapoor Khan are currently in London, where they brought in his birthday last week. The couple has completed seven years of togetherness this year. And their relationship is only getting stronger.

Kareena says that the seven-year itch syndrome which makes couples restless and drift apart hasn’t struck them yet. “While everyone around me pampers me, with Saif, it is different. I run after him. I am the one constantly calling him and asking where he is and what he’s doing (laughs). He’s always sleeping and I am always calling and waking him up.”

So what’s their secret? “We give each other space, even at home. Professionally too, Saif has never asked or questioned me which actor I am working with and vice versa. He respects my work talent and me as an actor. Saif is more like my friend. Everybody keeps asking me what’s the secret of our successful relationship and I don’t have an answer... We enjoy each other’s company. The thing is, Saif is never boring! There’s always something unpredictable about him which keeps our relationship interesting.”
