Ever since Ashutosh Gowariker announced that Hrithik Roshan would be a part of his next directorial venture Mohenjo Daro, the obvious question on everyone's mind was who would be his actress.

We have now exclusively learnt that the beautiful Pooja Hegde has been chosen to play the lead in this love story set against the backdrop of the Indus Valley Civilisation.

Confirming this news, Ashutosh said, “I am extremely happy to have found Pooja. Apart from the fact that she looked lovely with Hrithik, she is a natural actress who is fresh as well as endearing with a lot of poise. I am looking forward to starting shoot early October."
