Enlarge ImageKajol was last seen in We Are Family. Since then, she has been waiting for the right script. And now, she seems to have found it in Ajay Devgn Ffilm’s next, a co-production with Endemol, directed by award-winning ad filmmaker Ram Madhvani, whose last film was Let’s Talk.

Says a source, “Ram, with over 20 years of experience, hasn’t just directed several award-winning commercials in India, he has worked with Bollywood stars too. He directed a documentary titled, Everlasting Light, with Amitabh Bachchan, the Bheja Kum song for Aamir Khan’s Taare Zameen Par and the official theme song video for Aamir’s TV series Satyamev Jayate (2012). Initially, Ram had taken a script to Aamir’s production house, but that took time. He then approached Ajay who loved his script and decided to produce it for Kajol. The subject is a mature love story and Kajol is preparing for the role. And that’s why she has lost weight.”

A spokesperson from Ajay Devgn Ffilms confirmed the development.
