While Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt's chemistry, both on and off screen, continues to capture the public imagination, Mirror has learnt that Varun's real-life girlfriend, Natasha Dalal, has a part to play in Alia's chic appearances during their upcoming film's promotions.

During the Bangalore leg of the Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania's tours, Alia was seen in a summery floral dress, designed by Natasha, an upcoming fashion designer.

Revealed a source close to the production, “Natasha usually steers clear of movies and prefers to focus on her flagship store. She hasn't styled Alia's wardrobe for the film .“

Confirming the same, Natasha told Mirror, “Yes, I've designed the dress Alia wore in Bangalore. The idea was to give her a casual but chic look which goes well with her personality.“

When asked whether it was because of Varun's involvement that she made an exception, Natasha retorted, “No, it has nothing to do with him. I discussed the look with Alia and sent her some of my designs from my look-book. She picked this dress. That's it.“
