Seeing double

The first look of Anushka Sharma's debut production, NH10 features the actress opposite Neil Bhoopalam, who was last seen in Anil Kapoor's TV series 24. And it's hard to miss Neil's striking resemblance to Rajkummar Rao who coincidentally was director Navdeep Singh's first choice for the role.

When this was pointed out to Navdeep, he laughed saying, "Yes, Neil does look a lot like Rajkummar in this picture, but that's a mere coincidence. It was definitely not a conscious move. We were shooting on the road between Jodhpur and Gurgaon when this picture was clicked."

Neil plays Anushka's husband in the film and here they are seen in the initial stages of their roadtrip.

Shooting is complete and the film is currently in the post-production stage. However, a release date is yet to be locked. "We're still figuring out a good date," said Navdeep.
