While promoting their film, 2 States, at a college, co-stars Alia Bhatt and Arjun Kapoor, almost kissed each other. It turns out that Arjun has become very fond of Alia. She considers him to be a good friend, but she apparently wants him to stop being possessive.

A source close to the actor says, “Arjun and Alia are good friends and they spent a lot of time together when they were shooting and promoting their film. But Arjun has become more possessive about her. This became evident when she was promoting her upcoming film with Varun Dhawan and Alia had to make it clear that he shouldn’t be so possessive about her.” The source adds that the actress apparently asked Arjun to take it easy. “A few days ago, Arjun and Alia were hanging out with some friends, but Alia didn’t like Arjun’s possessiveness. Now the two are cordial with each other, but not as close as they were some time ago,” the source says.

When contacted, Arjun laughed it off; Alia was unavailable for comment.
