Barely a week after his
murder-mystery The Xposé released, Himesh Reshammiya, who is happy with
the response, is planning a sequel. “I am glad my dad's (Vipin
Reshammiya) first film as a producer is turning into a franchise,“ he
says.
Thanking everyone who has appreciated his work, the composer-actor says, “Getting into the character of Ravi Kumar required hard work and I give credit to the director Ananth Narayan Mahadevan.“ He adds, “Bhatt sahab (Mahesh Bhatt) called to congratulate me and that was an emotional moment for me. His praise means a lot.“ Himesh is also planning to invite Asha Bhosle for the RD Burman-themed party he's planning to host soon, as his film's soundtrack is inspired by the legendary composer.
While Ananth is looking forward to the sequel, distributor Anil Thadani says the film's music and dialogues got appreciation.
