Post directing Midnight's Children, based on author Salman Rushdie's Booker Prize winner, Canada-based filmmaker Deepa Mehta is ready to direct her next action-packed story about love and family, titled Inland.
We have learnt from sources that this film, which will be made in three languages - Hindi, English and Punjabi - is inspired by true life incidents and is about identity. It will have an international cast, apart from Randeep Hooda. While we don't know whether Deepa chose him for his acting skills or his brute sexuality, what we do know is that for Randeep, who grew up watching Clint Eastwood films and dreaming of being a part of Hollywood films, this certainly seems a step in that direction.
