It seems, Aamir Khan and Disney UTV, who had previously collaborated on films like Rang De Basanti, Dhobi Ghat, Delhi Belly and Peepli Live, might take their professional association forward. Buzz is that the company’s head-honcho Siddharth Roy Kapur has met the actor-producer with the script of a serious drama.

 A well-placed source insists that Aamir was extremely pleased with both the concept and his role, which is unlike anything the actor has attempted before. If all goes well, he might take up this project after wrapping up P.K.

 Mirror has also learnt that Nitesh Tiwari, who co-directed and co-wrote Chillar Party with Vikas Bahl, and directed and co-wrote Bhoothnath Returns with Piyush Gupta, is being considered to helm the film. The leading lady for the film and other modalities of the project are yet to be worked out

 We sent text messages to Aamir Khan’s spokesperson and Siddharth Roy Kapur but both were unavailable for comment. However when we spoke to Nitesh, he said, “This is just speculation and I can’t comment at the moment.”
