Gulaab Gang gets U/A certificate; several violent visuals-references deleted

The much awaited Madhuri Dixit-Juhi Chawla starrer Gulaab Gang has been awarded a U/A certificate by the Censor Board. The following changes were made in the film, as asked by the Board:
1. The visuals of Rajjo's torture in the beginning of the film were reduced by nearly 50%
2. The visuals of burnt coal placed on a child's palm were deleted
3. The visuals of man holding the hair of woman and pulling her were deleted
4. The dialogue 'Vimal, pair phailav' was deleted and it's visuals were reduced by nearly 50%
5. The visuals of bloodshed in a fight sequence were deleted and were replaced by close ups
6. The visuals of the cutting of hand were reduced and replaced with another shot of hand falling
7. The visuals of bloodshed in a fight sequence were deleted
The duration of the film is 139 minutes. The film releases on March 7, 2014
