Wondering why Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Karan Johar have been flying to Sri Lanka every few months? Well, here is the reason. Anurag Kashyap has recreated the Mumbai of the 60s for his upcoming film, Bombay Velvet, in Tissamaharama in the island country. There’s a jazz club called Bombay Velvet where Anushka Sharma and Raveena Tandon will be shooting their portions. One of Mumbai’s oldest movie theatres, New Roshan Talkies, is another intricately designed set. Ranbir, as seen in the picture, was seen sporting a French beard just before he flew out for the film's second schedule. It will be interesting to see if he retains it in the film.
