Mithun Chakraborty-Archana Puran Singh to play Salman Khan's parents in Kick?

Archana Puran Singh will be seen playing the role of Salman Khan’s mother in Sajid Nadiadwala’s directorial debut Kick while Mithun Chakraborty shall be essaying his father.
Says Archana, “Yes, I am playing the role of Salman’s mother in the film. Mithun plays my husband and the role is as hilarious as it sounds. It’s the first time that I am playing the role of a proper mother to a lead actor. I am absolutely nuts about Salman and I adore him. He is a cute co-star.”
Seems like the actress and the director- producer go back a long way. “Sajid is my bhidu (friend) from the last 20 years. I worked in the first movie he produced, Zulm ki Hukumat, and now I am acting in his directorial debut too,” she adds.
Nadiadwala was unavailable for comment.
