SITAARE ZAMEEN PAR has crossed the 200 crore mark worldwide as it stands at 207 crore after 13 days and its looking a 250 crore finish for the film worldwide. There can be a China release later on due to the popularity of Aamir Khan there but that market is in the doldrums with business heavily down from pre pandemic times despite a huge local blockbuster. Also with nationalism today being the forefront in most countries, cinema will find it harder to travel as the public prefers gives preference to products from their own country.

The biggest letdown to the business of SITAARE ZAMEEN PAR are the numbers in US/Canada especially the US as the collections are just around $2.25 million till date which is low number for such a film. It may end at around $3 million but that will be underperformance for an Aamir Khan film aimed at gentry crowd and also its a film which has done pretty well in India.

The numbers in Gulf and Australia are better as far as overseas goes but basically a film like this depends heavily on the US.

SITAARE ZAMEEN PAR managed to collect well in the second week but like the first week, it again struggled towards the end of the week. The weekdays are not doing as well as they should probably due to a lack of mass support while it does better on weekends probably due to the family audience especially in some centres of North India.

The film picked up almost 45 crore nett in week two which takes the film to 132 crore nett. The figures are good but the film has not really held like it should have considering the trend of the film film over the first five days. At that time, it looked a like a film which had the potential to hit the 175 crore nett but that looks very hard now.

The lack of mass appeal in the film has told as eventually there is a limited audience and now it looks like it will end in the same range as HOUSEFULL 5 and RAID 2 although the numbers of the latter look hard unless the third Friday goes above the Thursday. Its likely to be the third or fourth highest grosser of the first six months. The film is a HIT but mainly thanks to a few centres which have done very well while many places saw a mediocre performance.

SITAARE ZAMEEN PAR recorded the second best second week of 2025 after CHHAAVA as it picked up 32.50 crore nett but that position is more reflective of no other films apart from CHHAAVA doing big numbers. The film is showing a 42% drop from the first weekend which is good. However, it could have been better as nowadays, some of higher collecting films, which cater to the wider audience, manage to show a trend like this.

The collections of the film are 120 crore nett so far and it should go to the 175 crore nett from here at the very least. The film does not have universal acceptance but generally the circuits numbers come out good as the bigger centres compensate for the lesser business in smaller centres. Delhi/UP is the best circuit but more than 50% comes from just two centres, Delhi city and Noida. Its similar in East Punjab which is second best circuit and over 40% comes from only Gurgaon and Chandigarh. Basically its got the numbers needed from the metro areas.

The disappointment for the film will be the business in Mumbai and South where gentry films and Aamir Khan films tend to do better and this film should have got better collections. Its possible that North regional flavour has kept these down. There is not much difference for the film in Mumbai and Delhi/UP and both are likely to finish in the same range of around 45-50 crore nett.

SITAARE ZAMEEN PAR collected 3.50 crore nett on its second Monday which takes the film to 123.50 crore nett in 11 days. The drop is a little higher than it should be on the second Monday but this will happen somewhere in the run as the acceptance is not universal. The film will still be targeting that 175 crore nett mark and should emerge the second highest grossing Hindi film of 2025.

The second week has collected 36 crore nett so far and it should go to around 45 crore nett. There will be more competition this week but the film will continue to do well over the weekends due to the appeal in metros. The film will be standing at around 132-133 crore nett after two weeks and has a few weeks more to add good collections.

SITAARE ZAMEEN PAR got some benefit of the cheap Tuesday rates and the film collected 3.75 crore nett appx which takes the overall total to 127 crore nett. This film maybe could have done without the cheaper rates as appreciation is there with the target audience. The film has so far collected 39.75 crore nett in its second week and should finish around 46 crore nett. There is likely to be a drop on Wednesday due to the Tuesday lower rates.

SITAARE ZAMEEN PAR continued to dominate the box office thanks to its strong numbers in the big centres as it collected around 12 crore nett its second Saturday. The growth was around 90% which was expected. Considering the growth last week, it would have been no surprise if the film had jumped even more.

This now takes the collections of the film to around 106 crore nett and it remains to be seen how Sunday fares. Last week Sunday saw huge growth of over 30% but that will probably be tough to repeat this week. The film continues to have the best numbers in the NCR region leading to Delhi/UP being the best circuits even though collections in UP are just average. This average performance is also thanks to the bigger centres like Lucknow and Dehradun.

MAA showed a decent jump of 25% as it collected around 6 crore nett taking its two day number to 10.75 crore nett. The film was going to find it hard to put up huge growth due to the genre and some mass pockets putting up good numbers on day one. As expected, these places have not jumped on the second day. The growth mainly come from the bigger multiplexes which were up in the 30-35% range. The film is doing fair business and is dependent on the weekday holds.

F1: THE MOVIE is doing good business as it collects around 7 crore nett on its second day which takes the film to 12.25 crore nett. The Sunday growth will be limited like it is for most Hollywood releases and here it could be even be flat as a huge ratio of business is coming from the bigger multiplexes. However, the film is coming out with a weekend of somewhere around 20 crore nett which is a very good result for a sports drama based around Formula 1.

SITAARE ZAMEEN PAR held up well on day eight as it picked up similar collections to Thursday at around 6.25-6.50 crore nett which gives the film a total of 87.50 crore nett. The drop is around 40% from the first day which is a good trend but this could have been better considering its not a mass film and a film which is scoring through sustaining rather than initial.

The damage here was probably done on Wednesday and Thursday as the film could not do much more than not show a drop on its second Friday considering the competition from new releases. No doubt the film will do well on Saturday and Sunday as the families in metros would come out like last week.

The film has performed best the metros with NCR area being the best of the lot. The film can aim for a 50 crore nett second week but it will depend on the weekday numbers. Only CHHAAVA has managed to go over 50 crore nett in week two with no other film even getting over 40 crore nett.
