Hours before sharing the stage with David Guetta at Sunburn, actor-singer Nora Fatehi was involved in a car accident.

Sharing details on Instagram Stories, Nora (33) said that her car was hit by a drunk driver, resulting in a severe impact that caused her to hit her head against the window. “Except for some minor injuries, swelling and a slight concussion, I’m okay... That could have ended terribly. This is why you should not drink and drive,” she added.

Nora also shared her views on alcohol and substance use: “I have never liked the idea of alcohol, drugs, or anything that put you in a different state of mind... You should not drink and drive. It’s 2025. I cannot believe that this is even a conversation.”

Calling it a “very scary, terrifying, traumatic moment”, she ended with: “I’m not going to lie. I’m still slightly traumatised.”

Nora was taken to a nearby hospital for first aid. Meanwhile, Mumbai Police registered a case against the driver, charging him under sections related to rash driving and driving under the influence.
