BAAGHI 4 picked up a 3.75 crore nett number on its first Monday but the fiddle remains although not at the level of the weekend. The film itself was a goner over the weekend; so, there was a chance that maybe it was left alone to its organic collections as its not going anywhere but that is not the case as yet.

The total numbers of the film are almost 33 crore nett in four days and the week total depends on whether the adding continues or is left alone at some point. The best comparison is probably BHOOL CHUK MAAF as it becomes a comparison of numbers against numbers however irrelevant those numbers are. That film finished at around 67 crore nett and BAAGHI 4 still has a long way to go.

There are also the numbers of SKY FORCE but that seems out of reach for BAAGHI 4 as it had numbers of 100 crore nett plus. However, when such an assault is attempted at the box office, you never say never as anything can be done to reach the desired objective. Even if you take the 33 crore nett in four days at face value and as real, it still cannot be called good.

BAAGHI 4 had a number of 3.50 crore nett on Tuesday which is lower than the figure on Monday. This is the probably the first time that a film has dropped on Tuesday since these discounted Tuesdays started. The national chains, which bounce the most on the discounted Tuesday, were the ones showing the drops.

This is basically as less money was invested into bookings on Tuesday as compared to the Monday as there is no way can numbers go down at national chains if the film is left to itself. The other films being screened have all seen good gains as far as the business in the national chains goes. The film should drop on Wednesday but its hard to tell whether it will be propped up again.

The numbers of the film are 36 crore nett till date. The two comparisons for the film are SKY FORCE and BHOOL CHUK MAAF with the difference being that those films also had fake collections but those fake collections collections after 4-5 days could have been called good if you took at face value which is not the case here with this film. Leaving the numbers coming out aside, the real collections of the film are very poor.

BAAGHI 4 had a 40 crore nett plus number for its first week which is a not a good number taken on face value. The film basically had numbers for the first 4-5 days but the last two days let the film actually be where it should be and it was collections only for the last two days of the week.

The film has not done well anywhere. There could be more propping up over the weekend though you would assume its over now but you never know with how this industry functions and what are the objectives. Its a sad state of affairs but practically all films are indulging in buying tickets in some way and it does not look like stopping.

The feeding today is rampant and you have to accept in a limit as nothing can be done but the problem becomes in reporting when feeding is excessive in terms of its real collections and this was the case with BAAGHI 4 for the first 4-5 days as with the likes of SKY FORCE and BHOOL CHUK MAAF. At the end of the day, whether you take real collections or the numbers shows BAAGHI 4 will end up well short of BAAGHI 3 and well short of what an action film of this cost should be doing.

BAAGHI 4 collected a dull 4 crore nett in its second weekend. The drop is huge though it looks more than it actually is as the first weekend had numbers which were pushed while the second week is real collections and not just numbers. Despite this pushing in week one, the film still only stands at 44 crore nett.

If we take the real collections the film has not done well anywhere but Delhi/UP is better than the rest showing this circuits is collecting. A similar thing was seen with WAR 2 as this circuit fared better despite the huge rejection.

The results also show that feeding cannot take you far unless there is preparation to go the whole hog like a SKY FORCE and BHOOL CHUK MAAF did buy, you need deep pockets and plenty of money to throw away. Even then its just some perception for the media and within the industry not taken seriously.
