Snow White rests on some cute and dramatic moments that keep the interest going. The run time is just 108 minutes and moreover, the VFX is of a superior quality. The animals, especially, look very cute followed by the dwarfs. The songs also keep the interest going. However, certain developments happen suddenly and conveniently. This also happens in the climax; one expects a grand battle but nothing of that sort unfolds on screen. The casting controversy hampers the impact too. Rachel Zegler plays her part with panache. Gal Gadot tries her best but doesn't seem convincing as a woman who's jealous of a young girl's looks. Andrew Burnap (Jonathan) and Ansu Kabia (Huntsman) leave a mark. From the voice cast, Jeremy Swift (Doc), Martin Klebba (Grumpy) and Andrew Barth Feldman (Dopey) stand out. All in all, Snow White is an average fare at best.
