Monday witnessed a mini ‘baby boom’ in Bollywood with two celeb couples announcing the arrivals of their bundles of joy. While actor Athiya Shetty and cricketer K L Rahul were blessed with a baby girl, actor-couple Amy Jackson and Ed Westwick welcomed their baby boy.

Athiya and Rahul shared the happy news with a joint post on Instagram. The couple posted a painting of two swans with a message that read: “Blessed with a baby girl”. The picture also mentions the baby’s birth date as “24-03-2025”.

Athiya and Rahul got married in 2023 after dating for over four years. In November 2024, the couple took to Instagram to announce the news of them expecting. They shared a joint note that read, “Our beautiful blessing is coming soon. 2025”.

Amy and Ed shared multiple pictures of themselves with their newborn on Instagram and revealed his name. The caption of their joint post reads: “Welcome to the world, baby boy. Oscar Alexander Westwick.”

Amy and Ed began dating in 2022 and got married in August 2024. Oscar is their first child together. Amy has a five-year-old son from a previous relationship with hotelier George Panayiotou.
